Last week, the fabulous Francesca Rivetti, art director of Follice, invited me backstage before the premiere of a new weekly summer event of art and fashion in Philadelphia.  Gathered at her urban chic hair boutique were models, makeup artist Susan Sorrell and fashion designer Carmelita Martell of Carmelita Couture.  There were bags of braids, racks of frocks and pots of powders. All came together for a runway show on Sansom Street, part of the premiere of Glendi Thursdays at Opa in Philadelphia. {Runway video coming soon-ish.) Photos by Doreen Creede /Style Maniac
